These abuses include arbitrary detentions, extrajudicial killings, and widespread displacement, exacerbating the region\u2019s humanitarian crisis. Communities face threats such as forced labor, restricted movement, and extortion for protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On November 3, 2024, in Sindo Village, Mukjar locality, an RSF member shot three civilians from the same family, including an 18-month-old child. The incident began over a financial dispute between the perpetrator and Abduljabbar Osman Mansour, a 29-year-old farmer. When Abduljabbar inquired about repayment, the RSF member shot him in the lower abdomen. Abduljabbar\u2019s brother, Abdulrahman, was shot in the toes while intervening, and Abdulrahman\u2019s son, Mohammed, was shot in the chest.
